Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to request a return
You can request a return through your VillePaws Pet Supply customer account at https://account.villepawspetsupply.com. Sign in with the email address used for your order, select the order, and submit a return request.

All return requests are reviewed before approval. Please do not send items back before your request is approved and before return instructions are provided. Items sent back without approval may not be accepted. The return address may vary by product and fulfillment route.

If you cannot access your customer account, you can contact us at srlg731028@gmail.com with your order number and return reason.

Return shipping costs
If the return is due to a customer reason, such as ordering the wrong item, choosing the wrong size, changing your mind, or no longer wanting the product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

If the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, missing parts, or materially different from the product description, contact us or submit a return request with photos or video. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or return instructions depending on the situation.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will review the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, used pet grooming items, used feeding items, opened consumables, personalized items, custom products, gift cards, and final sale items cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once your return request and any returned item have been reviewed. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at srlg731028@gmail.com.
